Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The package was tampered with or leaked during transit
  • Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tamocha.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Orders delayed due to unforeseen courier issues beyond our control
